bio

Hi, I’m Tracy. I plan, develop and deliver project that connect people. From urban design, real estate development to community projects, I manage each project with a focus on creating environments that foster genuine interaction, collaboration, and lasting value for communities.

Born and raised in Hong Kong and trained in multicultural environments, I’ve always been drawn to watching how city life moves, as people weave through neighborhoods and discover both routines and surprises in the everyday.

After a decade working in real estate development and project management, my fascination with urban life inspired me to pursue a Master of Urban Design at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. There, I discovered that my strategic mindset and my strong interest in design could genuinely work together, allowing me to combine the strengths of planning and creativity to shape better urban spaces.

I’ve also developed a specialty in generative AI visualization, using emerging tools to help stakeholders envision possibilities and make more informed decisions about the places we’re creating together.

Most days, you’ll find me playing touch rugby, lifting weights at the gym, catching up with friends, or planning my next trip to explore another city.
